This contract is a pre-qualified contract awarded Statewide for
repair and maintenance services of all cleaning equipment. Eligible
Entities: Authorities, Cities, towns, municipalities, counties and
other political subdivisions of the Commonwealth, Commissions,
Constitutional offices, Departments of the Commonwealth,
Institutions of higher education, Judiciary Legislature, Not for
profit organizations currently contracting with the Commonwealth to
provide human and social services, Other states and eligible
entities designated in writing by the State Purchasing Agent, Public
health hospitals, Quasi-public agencies and Schools.

Massachusetts FAC59 Cleaning Products, Environmentally Preferable
This is a statewide contract for green cleaning products, programs, equipment and supplies, including green cleaning technologies. This is a multi state contract, available to Connecticut, New Hampshire, New York and Vermont. Our comprehensive green support program follows guidelines from derived from the basic components of the US Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standard for existing building, known as the LEED-EB Operations and Maintenance standard, as well as recommendations from other independent green cleaning programs.
Eligible Entities: Authorities, Cities, towns, municipalities, counties and other political subdivisions of the Commonwealth, Commissions, Constitutional offices, Departments of the Commonwealth, Institutions of higher education, Judiciary Legislature, Not for profit organizations currently contracting with the Commonwealth to provide human and social services, Other states and eligible entities designated in writing by the State Purchasing Agent, Public health hospitals, Quasi-public agencies and Schools.

MD Stetson is a subcontractot for Kaufman Company for the use of this contract. This contract is for the purchase of Industrial/Commercial Supplies including but not limited to janitorial supplies, safety supplies, hand/power tools, HVAC supplies/equipment, motor/power transmission, fluid power equipment, production tools and storage. University of Connecticut UC-08-KJ020608-1 Janitorial Equipment and Supplies
This contract provides a full range of janitorial products to all University of Connecticut Institutions. The contract includes Cleaning Chemicals and Dispensing Equipment, Paper Products, General Cleaning Supplies and Janitorial Equipment. All chemicals associated with this contract are environmentally preferable. This contract is also available to all UCHC and CCPG Member Institutions.
