Baseline Quality Analysis

Utilizes a 1300 point departmental performance recording format to assess the current quality levels of the existing custodial program.

Staffing Analysis and Corrective Action

An in-depth field analysis and corrective action plan that considers all cleaning and non-cleaning tasks, building design, and age.

Custodial Staff Training

Four in-service training modules that address team and/or zone cleaning systems, daily task assignments and procedures, project tasks and procedures, and OSHA compliance.

Department Manager Training

A focused curriculum of five courses held at our Randolph, MA Training Center covering team building, union relations, disciplining and terminating staff members, continuous process improvement, and a round table forum.

Continuous Process Improvement

Utilizes our Quality Analysis System to assess the results of the original corrective actions and modify the plan as necessary.
